How Can We Reserve You For Our Wedding?

Please use the contact form to inquire about your date. If your date is available, let’s chat and discuss which one of our photography packages may be your best fit. Once that is determined, I’ll provide you with an agreement that lays out the terms of everything we’ve discussed. The last step is to pay your deposit via check, cash, Venmo or PayPal to reserve your date.

How Far Will You Travel To Photograph A Wedding?

I would be happy to travel to your wedding wherever it is taking place, depending on the season and specific location. For weddings in SC, NC, GA, FL, travel costs may include hotel fees (if driving distance is longer than 3 hours). Gas will also be calculated into your final cost.

How Many Images Will We Receive From Our Wedding?

We focus on the quality of the photographs you get back and not the quantity. Generally, you can expect 60-90 images per hour of coverage. The photos you receive will be cropped, color corrected, and high resolution. You will also receive a mix of black and white photos. Photos will be posted to a private online gallery within one to two months of your wedding date (depending on the season). We do all of the editing in house and go through your images one by one, so please be patient when it comes to the turnaround time of your pictures. We’ll make sure to get some teasers for you to share with family and friends within 5 days of your wedding.

What Do I Need To Provide To You Before The Wedding?

A list of the family members you’d like pictures taken with is always of assistance. This will help keep everything organized so that family members can join cocktail hour as soon as possible. Along with your wedding planner (if you have one), we will help you construct your timeline to make sure there is enough time for photography in addition to other major events at your wedding. Once this timeline is finalized, please send us a copy double checking that all addresses and phone numbers listed are correct. Please let us know about any out of the ordinary events that are happening during your wedding so that we can be prepared to capture them.

Is There An Extra Cost To Print?

All of our packages come with printing rights which means you and your family members may order prints on your own without any additional markup from Jolie Connor Photography. The images we provide are not watermarked, are high resolution and ready to print. If you’re looking for an online printer, we highly recommend White House Custom Colour. www.whcc.com.

Do We Get Every Image You Take? What About Raw Photos?

One of the reasons editing is so time consuming for photographers is largely because we spend hours going through each photo one by one and eliminating shots that are not flattering to the subjects and that do not represent our best work. We spend even more time perfecting the shots that do. We always remove duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots or missed flashed shots. We also eliminate pictures where subjects have closed eyes or uncomplimentary facial expressions (which can happen often in dancing photos). For all of these reasons, we do not include raw or unedited photos.

What Kind Of Payment Do You Accept?

We currently accept Paypal, Venmo, check and cash.

What About A Second Photographer? Do We Need One?

Our second shooters all bring a lot of talent and enthusiasm to the table, so naturally we recommend having one along. Realistically though, we know that budgets exist and that the added cost of a second photographer may be more than you are wanting to spend. As a rule of thumb, if you have more than 250 guests coming to your wedding or a wedding party larger than 12, we would recommend considering adding a second shooter to your wedding package.

Does Jolie Connor Photography Do Individual Portraits And Family Shoots?
